Ordering & Payment Policies
2-Day Advance Requirement
To ensure we can source premium ingredients and dedicate our artisanal resources to your celebration, a minimum of 2 days advance notice is required for all custom cake and dessert orders.
50% Advance Payment
A 50% deposit is required upon placing your order. This ensures we begin the creative process immediately and allows us to manage our production schedule effectively.
Partial Payment Retention
If an order is cancelled after the 50% deposit has been made, the remaining balance will be retained as a service fee to cover the cost of materials and labor already committed.
